Job Description

Liberty Hospice is looking for a compassionate and experienced HOSPICE CLINICAL MANAGER - RN to join our team on a full-time basis in Cumberland County. As the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating case management of all patient services, supervising care staff, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources while providing direct patient care when necessary. Documentation and adherence to hospice regulations are key aspects of this role.

Job Requirements

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
• Minimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experience.
• Knowledge of hospice/homecare regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• CPR certification.
