Human Resources Manager

Job Description

Riot Blockchain, a Bitcoin mining and digital infrastructure company, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their expanding HR department in Rockdale, TX. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in policy enforcement, recruitment, employee relations, and HR program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to managers on employment law, performance management, and training.
• Oversee performance reviews, career development, and training initiatives.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and drive HR best practices.
• Collaborate with Safety Department on workers' compensation and disability claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, with supervisory experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
