Are you a highly skilled landscaper with leadership qualities and a valid driver's license? Wise Landscaping in Dayton is looking for a Landscape Crew Supervisor to join their team. You will lead a team in providing landscape and snow management services for commercial sites, ensuring the maintenance of beautiful client properties throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2 to 3 landscapers in various landscaping tasks including mowing, mulching, pruning, flower installations, cleanups, and weed control during Spring, Summer, and Fall.
• Execute snow removal services using plow and salt trucks, skid steers, and wheel loaders in Winter.
• Ensure the successful completion of landscaping projects with high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Prior experience in landscaping and snow management.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Knowledge of landscaping equipment and techniques.
