Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Human Resources Technology Analyst specializing in Workday to join Discover Financial Services. As a key member of the team, you will oversee the configuration and continuous improvement of the Workday Human Capital Management System, collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize HR processes. Your role will involve coaching, project management, system integration, trend analysis, and quality control to enhance service delivery and HR data quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Workday configuration and solutioning.
  • Collaborate with People Analytics team on reporting enhancements.
  • Engage in IT integrations and app development.
  • Coach and mentor HR Technology Analysts.
  • Manage HR systems issues and drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or HR.
  • 6+ years experience in HCM Systems.
  • 3+ years Workday configuration expertise.
  • 2+ years advanced Excel proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday partner or Pro Certification.
  • 2+ years Workday consulting/implementation experience.
  • EIBs and Calculated fields knowledge.
  • Experience in Agile methodology and Service Now/Jira.
