Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is a reputable healthcare management organization providing services for dialysis facilities in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our dynamic dialysis team.

Responsibilities and Physical Demands:

• Provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatment to patients.
• Deliver professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Offer direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Act as Team Lead when required.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members for optimal patient care.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.

Education Requirements and Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Good bedside manner and communication skills.
• Successful completion of the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
• Applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S.
