Job Description
Health Systems Management is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our devoted dialysis team. If you are compassionate, dedicated, and ready to provide high-quality patient care, we want you on our team! As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to provide essential medical treatment and nursing care to our dialysis patients, while ensuring a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities and Physical Demands
- Provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatments.
- Offer professional nursing care to patients.
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
- Act as Team Lead when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain a safe patient environment.
- Stand and bend for extended periods.
Education Requirements and Position Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
- Hold a valid LPN licensure.
- Be willing to work a flexible schedule.
- Possess excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
- Pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
