Saalfield Shad Law Firm is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join its General Liability Team in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in litigation, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and be an active member in good standing of the Florida Bar. Preferred qualifications include insurance defense experience and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, conduct research, discovery, and factual investigations.
• Review medical records and create medical chronologies.
• Draft memoranda, pleadings, and case progress reports.
• Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
