Job Description

University of Toledo Physicians is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support and assist healthcare providers within the clinic setting. The LPN will work under provider supervision, perform clinical procedures, prepare patients for exams, administer medications, and communicate instructions clearly to patients. Additionally, the LPN will maintain medical records, assist with specialty duties, ensure infection control, and handle various organizational responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Graduate/Diploma from an accredited LPN Program
• State of Ohio LPN License, CPR/BLS Certification
• Proficiency in medical terminology and basic computer literacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of clinical care compliance and patient privacy
