Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Mayroad. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the physical condition and appearance of residential properties and other assets. Your duties will include performing routine maintenance, responding to work orders, ensuring high standards are maintained, and enhancing building appearance.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on residential properties and community amenities.
- Respond to emergency, urgent, and routine work orders in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and on-the-spot repairs.
- Maintain building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Identify and address safety hazards promptly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of experience in general residential maintenance.
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Detail-oriented and safety-minded.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
