Manager User Acceptance Testing

Job Description

Discover Financial Services is seeking a Manager of User Acceptance Testing to lead quality assurance strategies for Discover Home Loans (DHL) products and interfaces. As a key player in the quality assurance process, you will drive improvement in product quality, establish best practices, optimize testing infrastructure, and ensure efficient communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for DHL.
• Define and implement best practices for quality assurance teams to identify and resolve product issues.
• Optimize testing infrastructure including automation and third-party tools.
• Establish effective communication processes and reporting mechanisms.
• Maintain quality metrics and participate in issue management and resolution.
• Develop and mentor team members in quality assurance tasks and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or Information Technology.
• 6+ years of experience in User testing, Project Management, or related fields. In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years of people management experience.

Compensation:

Base pay ranges from $88,500.00 to $149,300.00 with additional incentives included. Benefits and total compensation package vary based on factors like location, experience, and education.
