Manufactured Systems Lead

CMC Rescue Inc is seeking a Manufactured Systems Assembly Lead to ensure the accurate and efficient completion of life safety systems, maintaining quality and providing support to the assembly team. This role involves overseeing the assembly area, training staff, maintaining inventory, and coordinating production activities to meet schedules. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of CMC products and processes, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to safety policies and practices.
• Lead jobs in the assembly area and provide training and guidance to team members.
• Maintain inventory and organization of materials.
• Coordinate flow of systems and production activities.
• Work to ensure on-time job order completion.
• Conduct spot-checks and inspections for accuracy.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and warehouse audits.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to accurately document processes.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Experience in production environments with supervisory skills.
• Computer proficiency, MRP system experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of production experience.
• Knowledge of Lean production environments is a plus.

Essential Functions

The role requires physical capabilities such as walking, standing, lifting, and vision abilities to handle the tasks involved.

Compensation

Hourly Wage: $22.94-25.5
