Job Description

Terrazzo & Marble Supply Company, a leading 100% Employee-Owned business in the natural stone industry, is currently seeking a Full-Time Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing and sales department through administrative tasks and project coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and distribute requests/leads from department email.
  • Coordinate marketing and sales projects.
  • Upload inventory photos to the website.
  • Ensure inventory of printed materials and manage printing needs.
  • Support marketing activities and event management.
  • Prepare marketing materials for sales reps and trade shows.
  • Assist in advertising, email, and public relations programs.
  • Perform general administrative duties within the sales and marketing teams.
  • Maintain marketing department supplies and records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in database software, Internet, spreadsheets, word processing, and Photoshop.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work creatively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to excellence and ability to work independently or in teams.
