Job Description

City Experiences is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our City Cruises operation in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Based in our DC office, you will support the Regional Marketing Director in executing marketing plans to drive sales for Northeast cruise products. This role involves coordinating on-site activities, designing marketing materials, maintaining digital content, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of annual marketing plans and promotions.
  • Coordinate day-to-day on-site activities related to promotions and events.
  • Design, print, and order marketing collateral across ports in the region.
  • Maintain and update local website content and assist with content libraries.
  • Support social influencer program growth and marketing budget tracking.
  • Assist with promotional offer setup and business partner communication.
  • Participate in related meetings and additional job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field.
  • Required to work in the office 5 days per week.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in design platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, collaborate with internal teams, and prioritize tasks.
