Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated Master Scheduler to join ACR Electronics Inc. As the Master Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules and inventories to ensure efficient operations within our department or facility. Your responsibilities will include liaising with sales, logistics, and manufacturing to establish plans, anticipate demand, negotiate with vendors, and integrate sales orders with the master schedule to meet delivery dates.

In addition, you will lead forecasting meetings, evaluate customer purchase orders, and prioritize material procurement to create suitable production schedules. You will work closely with Purchasing to guide material procurement, coordinate production operations, manage production schedule changes, and ensure all job orders are promptly fulfilled and closed.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management is preferred, along with at least five years of related experience. Professional certification by APICS or CPIM is advantageous, and proficiency in production planning systems, MRP, and IFS software is desirable. Compliance with ITAR Requirements is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison with sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments.
  • Establish schedules and plans to best serve client needs.
  • Anticipate demand and acquire additional supplies as needed.
  • Negotiate with outside supply vendors for timely order delivery.
  • Coordinate production operations by creating job orders.
  • Manage changes to production schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure all job orders are tracked, fulfilled, and closed promptly.
  • Work in compliance with AS9100 standards and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience

  • Must meet ITAR Requirements.
