Medication Aide

Job Description

We are looking for a Medication Aide to join Sunrise Senior Living, a company dedicated to championing the quality of life for seniors. As a Medication Aide, you will be responsible for administering medications, documenting administration, and providing top-notch resident care in alignment with federal, state, and local standards. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality care and services to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely
• Document medication administration appropriately
• Provide compassionate resident care in line with Sunrise Senior Living's mission
• Promote quality care and services for residents per company policies

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED, as per state regulations
• Medication Management certification
• Minimum of six months experience working with seniors
• Ability to make decisions in the resident's best interest
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
