Morning Baker

Job Description

Kennie's Market's Inc is looking for a proactive Morning Baker to join our Bakery department under the guidance of the Bakery Manager and/or Assistant Bakery Manager. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality bakery products and exceptional customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including donuts and pastries.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the bakery area.
• Inspect and maintain bakery equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to support sales promotions and business needs.
• Adhere to company safety regulations and guidelines.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Bakery Manager or Store Management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant bakery experience.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively.
• Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements.
• Problem-solving abilities in diverse situations.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
