Internship Summary:
Our paid summer internship/co-op program offers exposure to various areas like Design, Engineering, Lean, Manufacturing, Quality, and more. Interns receive mentorship from experienced managers and develop leadership skills through hands-on training and challenging work projects.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Work on projects requiring independent decision-making for 2-6 months.
- Develop presentations to communicate progress and best practices.
- Analyze data and contribute to day-to-day tasks in the designated department.
- Participate in talent events, seminars, and training sessions.
- Perform assignments with precision and trustworthiness.
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Completed at least one year of college (rising Sophomore).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green card holder.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 24 credit hours toward a technical or engineering degree.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and plan strategically.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
- Team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work in diverse environments.
