Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced MRO Sales and Customer Support Manager to join Middle River Aerostructure Systems, a world-leading manufacturer of aircraft components. In this role, you will be responsible for managing aviation contracts, sales campaigns, and customer relationships to ensure the profitability and satisfaction of assigned contracts. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our MRO business and driving growth through networking and business development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist on sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
  • Develop aviation network and establish relationships to attract new customers.
  • Manage profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
  • Interact with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and support contract requirements.
  • Assist in developing sales and business plans for the unit and engage in cross-functional discussions.
  • Contribute to program/project leadership and participate in long-term negotiations with key clients.
  • Ensure compliance with operating procedures and contractual obligations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years in Sales, Customer Contract, or Product Management. Previous MRO experience in the aviation industry preferred.
