Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Pediatric RN with Vent Experience to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. This position involves serving the needs of an infant pediatric home health patient in the NW Las Vegas/Summerlin 89149 area. Day and night shifts are available for this rewarding role that focuses on building relationships with patients to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in developing and revising patient-specific comprehensive assessments and care plans.
  • Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care needs.
  • Collaborate with the patient's care team, including physicians, supervisors, co-workers, and other medical providers.
  • Engage in NurseCore's education programs related to the patient population.
  • Mentor and educate co-workers and report changes in patients' conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients' families and friends, as well as provide updates to physicians and directors.

Qualifications

  • Must have Ventilator Experience.
  • Hold a current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in Nevada.
  • Have at least 1 year of RN experience in the last 3 years or qualify for and complete NurseCore's Nurse Residency Program.
  • Possess a current CPR card and recent TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Successfully complete specific skills assessments.
