Principal Application Architect

Job Description

Discover Financial Services is seeking a talented individual to join as a Principal Application Architect. Your responsibilities include partnering with product owners to align product vision with technology strategy, overseeing the design process, coaching other architects, understanding business processes, and training in solution design patterns.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years in Software Development, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Internal applicants require a technical proficiency rating of proficient on the Dreyfus architecture scale.

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus points if you have experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Openshift. External applicants will undergo a technical interview.

Compensation
