Responsibilities
- Establish processes, timelines, and deliverables for digital products
- Partner with various teams to communicate vision and priorities
- Identify business growth opportunities in the recruiting landscape
- Manage feature prioritization, release monitoring, and A/B tests
- Champion agile development practices at JobTarget
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in digital or e-commerce
- Proficiency in agile practices, technical tools, and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
