Program Coordinator - Second Shift

Job Description

House of Hope Green Bay, Inc is looking for a dedicated Program Coordinator to support community partners in assisting youth facing housing instability and homelessness. As the crisis intervention specialist, you will provide essential services such as needs assessments, coordination, transportation support, and community referrals. You will ensure a safe and healthy living environment while promoting client success in various areas including parenting, education, employment, and stable housing.

Responsibilities

• Provide intervention and oversight to assigned clients.
• Collaborate with Advocates to plan and administer direct client services.
• Support clients in achieving success in multiple areas.
• Maintain orderly conditions in the facility.
• Facilitate crisis intervention, intake situations, and positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, Child/Youth Development, or related field.
• Experience in providing services to individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Interpersonal communication skills and sensitivity to diverse clientele.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and pass a criminal background check.
