Job Description

Golden Wolf LLC is looking for a dedicated and versatile Project Engineer to join our team. This position involves supporting the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) by providing facility management services such as project scoping, cost estimation, CMMS data collection, and engineering assistance. The role is based full-time in Portsmouth, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide program support for a comprehensive Facility Management Program, including project requirements analysis and scope development.
  • Assist in the development of maintenance plans and long-term project strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between BUMED and facility management teams, ensuring data accuracy and coordination.
  • Utilize specialized systems for work planning and execution, such as BUILDER and DMLSS-FM.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine maintenance priorities and facility conditions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Security Clearance: Secret Clearance or ability to obtain an interim Tier 3 clearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • 5-10 years experience in Real Property Systems, with a focus on mechanical, structural, plumbing, fire protection, or electrical systems.
  • Preferred experience in DOD organizational processes, facility management, and maintenance procedures.
  • Knowledge of CMMS such as MAXIMO and DMLSS.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management plus two years related experience, or equivalent facility management experience.

Full-Time On-Site position at the Naval Support Activity NAS, Portsmouth, VA.
