Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the construction phase of commercial construction projects at Ethan Conrad Properties Inc. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring project success by managing various aspects of the construction process from procurement to final review.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Superintendent and Project Engineers.
• Procure bids and award subcontracts ensuring adherence to schedule and design documents.
• Manage accurate job cost postings and review project general conditions.
• Collaborate with consultants, designers, and construction team.
• Facilitate design decision-making and value engineering options.
• Coordinate with agencies for entitlements and permits.
• Prepare schedules, track project timelines, and report on progress.
• Review and provide feedback on project drawings and details.
• Prepare close-out documents and review submittals for compliance.
• Travel to Salinas and surrounding areas bi-monthly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of preconstruction phase management or 5 years in construction management.
• Strong team building, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and multitasking.

Compensation

Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverages, FSA, HSA, 401(k) with employer match, gym membership, learning & development opportunities, and more.
