General Position Summary:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the estimating, selling, and delivery of Service HVAC and Plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes, ensuring profitability, and maintaining high standards of project management.

Responsibilities:

• Qualify prospective customers and projects.
• Manage project estimation and proposal development.
• Achieve sales goals and project margins.
• Coordinate equipment/material purchases and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate manpower and equipment requirements.
• Manage project warranty and acceptance processes.
• Document interactions in CRM.

Education & Experience:

• BS or equivalent work experience.
