Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Gentiva Hospice. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care services, managing interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest quality of hospice care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services and supportive care to hospice patients and their families.
- Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in the preparation of care plans.
- Maintain patient clinical records and participate in quality assessment programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic towards patients and families.
- Current RN license in the state of requested employment or ability to obtain one.
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
