Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our team at Gentiva Hospice. In this role, you will provide direct patient care services and support to patients and their families in a hospice setting. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services with a reasonable case load.
- Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in the preparation of care plans.
- Maintain patient clinical records and participate in quality assessment programs.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of requested employment or ability to obtain.
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic towards patients and families.
