Job Description
Join our team at Gentiva Hospice as a Registered Nurse, where you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care services and support to patients and their families. As a part-time Registered Nurse, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of hospice care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services and supportive care to patients' families.
- Manage an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient clinical records and participate in quality assessment programs.
Requirements
- Current RN license.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
