Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Heartland Hospice. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care services to hospice patients, offer support to their families, and manage an interdisciplinary group to ensure the highest quality of care. Your responsibilities will include case management of patient clinical records and overseeing a team of healthcare professionals.
About You
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic towards patients and their families.
- Current RN license or ability to obtain one in the state of requested employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
