Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Gentiva Hospice. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care services, managing an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care, evaluating patient/family needs, and maintaining clinical records. You will also participate in quality assessment and improvement programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic to patients and families.
- Current RN license in the state of requested employment or the ability to obtain.
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
