Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care across all settings.
• Be accountable for professional development and practice within the defined scope of care.
• Act as a patient advocate to ensure the delivery of safe care, including delegation of tasks and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
• Reflect the organization's mission, vision, and values in the delivery of nursing care.

Qualifications

• Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• BSN preferred, completion within 5 years of hire.
• BLS certification; additional certifications as per unit requirements.
• Refresher course completion if returning to acute care after an extended period.
