Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Hospice Clinical Manager - RN to join our team at Liberty Hospice. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient services, ensuring proper documentation, supervising staff, and providing direct patient care when needed. This full-time position is based in Cumberland County.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate case management of all patient services.
- Supervise assigned Care staff.
- Provide direct patient care including case management, Oasis care planning, and optimal utilization of staffing resources.
- Assist the Administrator as required.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
- Minimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experience.
- Experience in hospice care is preferred.
- Proficiency in hospice/homecare regulations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- CPR certification.
