Job Description
We are looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas area. As an RN with NurseCore, you will assess, plan, and implement client care according to facility and NurseCore standards. Our RNs enjoy flexible scheduling options, weekly and daily pay choices, and three bonuses throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement client care as directed
- Maintain competency through continuing education
- Administer and record medications given
- Carry out prescribed treatments
- Admit and discharge patients as directed
- Respect patients' rights and maintain confidentiality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of ______
- 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse in the last 3 years in a supervised setting
- Current CPR certification
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
- Successful completion of the skills assessment
