Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in providing exceptional home care services in the Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas areas. As an RN with experience in ventilators, G tubes, and tracheostomies, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and quality care to patients requiring intravenous therapy in the comfort of their homes. **SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE**
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home infusions as per nursing practice guidelines.
- Administer specialty pharmacy infusion therapies and conduct patient education sessions.
- Expertise in accessing and maintaining various venous access devices.
- Coordinate nursing care plans with the Director of Nursing and update patient documentation accordingly.
- Demonstrate proficiency in age-specific patient care.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and emergency procedures, including CPR.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of two years of medical surgical or critical care/ER experience.
- At least one year of recent infusion experience.
- Current PPD and CPR certification.
- Home health experience is preferred.
