Job Description
We are hiring a Relationship Banker - Tier I to join the Community Financial Services Bank located in Benton, KY. This part-time position offers a competitive salary of $15 USD per hour. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for greeting clients, providing exceptional service, assisting with banking needs, processing transactions, and building client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with banking inquiries and transactions.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Create and manage debit card issuance for clients.
- Handle currency, coin, and change orders efficiently.
- Comply with CFSB policies and procedures.
- Participate in training sessions and regulatory compliance activities.
- Support with cash vault and Banking Center operations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in banking or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle large sums of currency with accuracy.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
