Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Resident Monitor-Security to join our team at Glover House, part of Wisconsin Community Services. This position, available for the 2nd shift, involves supervising adult male ex-offenders in a correctional residential setting and the community. You will be responsible for maintaining accountability, enforcing safety and security protocols, and carrying out general office tasks. If you have a high school diploma, prior experience in corrections or related fields, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents in various facility areas.
• Ensure compliance with house rules and safety measures.
• Prepare and maintain necessary reports and documentation.
• Monitor residents in the community and during activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in corrections or related fields preferred.
• Clearance of background checks, physical exam, and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license (insured automobile preferred).
• Basic computer skills and good communication abilities.
