We are seeking a dedicated Resident Monitor/Security (Part-time Weekend shifts) to join our team at Glover House, a subsidiary of Wisconsin Community Services. In this role, you will play a crucial part in monitoring adult male ex-offenders within a correctional residential setting and ensuring their safety and adherence to regulations. The available shifts include Saturdays and Sundays from 8am-4pm, 4pm-12am, and Fridays and Saturdays from 11pm-7am. This position involves a variety of responsibilities including supervising residents, enforcing rules, conducting safety checks, documenting incidents, and more. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in corrections or related fields preferred. Excellent communication skills, the ability to de-escalate crisis situations, and sensitivity to diverse populations are essential for success in this role.
