Job Description

This position involves providing clinical services for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting. You will also be responsible for supervising Residential Associates, participating in training, and ensuring clinical standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments and Treatment Plans.
- Provide clinical oversight and consultation to staff and community providers.
- Participate in crisis de-escalation training.
- Ensure accessibility for emergency purposes.
Requirements
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration is a must.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
- Physical ability to perform required tasks and lift up to 30 pounds.
