Job Description

Hornblower - City Experiences is hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the dining cabin and galley operations, ensuring excellent food, drinks, and customer service. The ideal candidate will embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System and uphold high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional hospitality per RESPECT Service System
  • Supervise staff, meal service, and entertainment
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • Develop service improvement programs
  • Lead and train restaurant shipmates
  • Operate restaurant systems and manage staff scheduling

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant experience
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • TIPS & ServSafe Certification preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
