We are seeking a dynamic Senior Group Sales Manager to join our team at Black Desert Resort. In this remote position based in the Greater Salt Lake City area, you will play a vital role in driving sales by managing group sales accounts and ensuring client satisfaction while maximizing profitability. As a luxury resort catering to discerning guests, we are looking for a candidate with a strong sales background in the hospitality industry and a strategic approach to sales management.

Responsibilities

• Implement innovative sales strategies and build strong client relationships.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts for guest rooms, meeting space, and services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and maintain organized documentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and monitor sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in hospitality with diverse market segments.
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic sales planning abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
