SERVICE ADVISOR

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at Auto Centers. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for consulting with customers regarding their service needs and ensuring their vehicles receive timely and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers to understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service technicians.
• Ensure timely completion of work by service technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Analytical skills for data collection and research.
• Attention to detail in service design.
• Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Strong customer service skills to manage customer interactions effectively.
• Excellent oral communication skills to address customer inquiries and concerns.

Preferred Education and Experience

One year certificate from college or technical school, related experience, or equivalent combination.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct supervision of service technicians in the service department.

Work Environment

Moderate noise level, occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts.

Physical Demands

Standing, walking, and occasional sitting requirements.
