As a Social Media Content Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring user-generated content on our clients' platforms adheres to community guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain policy knowledge.
• Classify and handle sensitive content according to client parameters.
• Resolve content-related issues within defined quality standards and timeframes.
• Provide insights for process and product improvements.
