Roberts Oxygen, a leading distributor of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, is seeking a Store Manager for their Richmond, VA location. As a Store Manager, you will oversee store sales, operations, financial position, market share growth, and area contribution to maximize customer service and achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business goals and strategies for store growth.
• Supervise inside sales, distribution, and personnel management.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and customer relations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• 3 years of sales or related experience in the gases industry.
• Proficiency in FACTS, Microsoft Office, and strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle physical requirements and maintain a driving license.
