Georgetown Hill Early School is looking for passionate Lead Teachers to join our Threes preschool programs. As a Lead Teacher, you will create a nurturing and enriching environment for young children to learn and grow. Responsibilities
- Implement a creative and age-appropriate curriculum to meet the educational needs of preschool children.
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all students under your supervision.
- Support the physical, socio-emotional, and developmental needs of each child in the classroom.
- Display effective leadership and communication skills within the classroom team.
- Establish and maintain a positive learning environment for students and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualifications.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and instructional strategies.
- Knowledge of MSDE regulations and preschool curriculum.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technological skills.
