We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will assist clients with various financial transactions, provide exceptional customer service, and actively promote banking products and services. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily financial transactions, including account openings and inquiries.
- Perform transfers, loan payments, and wire transactions accurately.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products to meet sales goals.
- Maintain knowledge of banking regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Support customer service excellence through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, new accounts, or loan processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is preferable.
- Detail-oriented with excellent decision-making capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage: $16.00 - $18.00.
