Warehouse Manager

Job Description

Spartan Warehouse and Distribution Company Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations at our location in Hazelwood, MO. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing transportation, storage, and distribution activities while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations, including maintaining AIB food grade certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including freight, returns, and transfers.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy in daily operations and oversee mechanical and IT systems.
• Liaise with customers and departments, train and supervise staff, and maintain records.
• Plan, meet quality objectives and delivery deadlines, manage budgets, and administer inventory control.
• Maintain food grade standards and compliance according to AIB certification requirements.
