Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Emergency Department team at Northwest Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating resources to ensure top-tier service delivery in line with the hospital's mission and nursing department's vision.
Responsibilities
- Designate and maintain 24-hour accountability for resource coordination.
- Ensure quality service provision for all customers in accordance with hospital standards.
- Lead and support a team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Utilize strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status and apply clinical interventions.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent knowledge; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Maryland RN License and BLS Certification.
