Job Description
Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Dining Team at Harvest Grille Restaurant. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee the efficiency of various dining areas, supervise and develop dining staff, and ensure exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, schedule, coach, and develop dining room staff.
- Ensure high standards of food portioning, presentation, and service.
- Maintain organization and sanitation of dining areas.
- Ensure staff compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in satisfaction programs for residents and employees.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in dining room management.
- Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality preferred.
- Ability to supervise multiple dining rooms and staff.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Valid food service license/certificate as per regulations.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
