Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will play a vital role in providing top-quality care and services to our residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring a warm and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with assigned seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Recommend and make adjustments in the level of care based on residents' conditions.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure their implementation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
• Support residents during dining and other activities.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required according to state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
