As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High School diploma/GED required, previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment with good judgment and decision-making skills.
